C&E Loss Prevention Program

In accordance with Louisiana Revised Statutes 39:1527-44 and Office of Risk Management guidelines, the Louisiana Department of Conservation and Energy (C&E) has developed and implemented a comprehensive Loss Prevention program for the purpose of providing a safe work environment for its employees in order to protect them from accidents that directly impact their quality of life.

There are six components to the Loss Prevention program, including: General Safety; Driver Safety; Bonds, Crime, and Property; Equipment Management; Water Vessel; and Flight Operations. Please see below for more information.
