Human Resources Bulletin Board
The Human Resources Bulletin Board, as part of the C&E Employee Resource Center, is available only to C&E employees. It is designed to provide you with important information from the Human Resources Division.
State Civil Service General Circulars
State Civil Services uses General Circulars to communicate important information, policy changes, and other updates to state employees, human resources personnel, and the general public.
Awards under Optional Pay and Rewards & Recognition
Below is a list of employees who have been granted pay adjustments/awards in accordance with State Civil Service (SCS) Rule 6.16.1, Rewards and Recognition, or Rule 6.16.2, Optional Pay Adjustments. To ensure access by all C&E employees, including staff assigned to district/home offices, Human Resources uses this electronic bulletin board to publicly post recipients in lieu of the physical bulletin board located in the Human Resources Division. This electronic posting shall apply to all Optional Pay and Rewards & Recognition payments effective 7/1/2019 and thereafter. Recipient information will remain posted for two weeks.
