Draft Damage Assessment and Restoration Plan (DARP) is now available
A Draft Damage Assessment and Restoration Plan (DARP) is available with a 30-day public review and comment period for the 2014 Bay St. Elaine, 2016 Lake Grand Ecaille, 2016 Bay Long, and 2016 Terrebonne Bay/Timbalier Island Oil Spills.
The Notice of Availability (NOA) for the Draft DARP will be published in the Potpourri Section of the June 2026 edition of the Louisiana Register on June 20, 2026.
