As of Oct. 1, 2025, the Department of Energy and Natural Resources (DENR) has become the Department of Conservation and Energy (C&E). We appreciate your patience as we transition over the coming months. If you cannot find the information needed on this website, please visit our DENR Archive Website or contact us at info@la.gov.
How to Validate Parking – LaSalle Parking Garage
C&E employees and visitors may park in the LaSalle Parking Garage at no additional cost.
Employee Vehicle Registration
Employees may register up to two vehicles upon hire. Employees are responsible for timely notifying the Human Resources Division if they will be parking a new vehicle or if a multi-day reservation is needed for the LaSalle Parking Garage.
Upon entering the garage, a gateless license plate reader (LPR) will scan your vehicle's license plate and verify it against the information registered in the system.
If your vehicle is not registered in the LPR system, you must validate your parking within 30 minutes of entering the garage. Failure to complete the validation within 30 minutes may result in a parking violation.
Questions or Vehicle Updates
To update your registered vehicle information or if you have questions about parking validation, please contact the Human Resources Division at DCE-HumanResources@la.gov.
