Ducks Unlimited receives Louisiana land conservation organization designation

Ducks Unlimited and its landholding foundation, Wetlands America Trust (WAT), were jointly certified as a land conservation organization by the Louisiana Department of Natural Resources (DNR) this week. Only five other organizations have been granted this certification, and DU is the only one also accredited by the Land Trust Accreditation Council (2011).
