December Lease Sale Results Announced by Mineral Board

The State Mineral Board conducted its monthly Lease Sale on Dec. 8, 2004, at 10 a.m. in the Conservation and Mineral Resources Hearing Room located in the LaSalle Building in Baton Rouge.

Gov. Kathleen Blanco appointed Robert S. Noel, II of Monroe, LA, to serve on the State Mineral Board on Nov. 14, 2004. Noel attended the December meeting, and his membership now completes the makeup of the ten-member board.

Below are the preliminary results of the lease sale.
